Each massage is customized to your needs. I have extensive training in myofascial release, TMJ work, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (similar to Graston) and headache relief. I do not charge extra for deeper pressure like some therapists.
Yes, I also perform prenatal assage.
In addition I also provide assisted stretching to target specific areas or a general overall treatment.
All session lengths listed are true hands-on time. For example, some places advertise a “1-hour massage” but only provide about 50 minutes on the table—my 60-minute session is a full 60 minutes of massage, hands-on.

For many people, yes—especially for acute or stress-related pain. Chronic issues often improve in stages, but the first session typically reduces pain, restores movement, or at least clarifies what’s actually causing the issue.

This is therapeutic massage focused on pain relief and function, not ambiance or pampering. You won’t get hot stones or scented rituals unless they support your outcome—but you will get intentional, results-driven work.

Texting is probably the best method of contacting me as I may be in session when you call. I am a sole practitioner without a receptionist. You of course are welcome to call, but please leave a message. I try my best to respond as soon as I am able to.

Life happens, I understand that. I allow for 1 “no questions asked” cancellation for everyone. As long as you can reschedule within a reasonable time frame you won’t be looking at a cancellation fee.
If weather is bad we can always reschedule. I don’t want someone risking their safety or stressing themselves out on the road.
